In some cases, hammocks are purchased as gifts, and we understand that you may need longer than 14 days. If so, please send us an email and we will do our best to accommodate you.
If you decide to return an item, simply contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org, and we will guide you through the process. However, there are a few rules to keep in mind:
★ Goods must be returned within 14 days of receipt of your order. ★ If the item is damaged or incorrect, you must notify us within 24 hours of delivery. ★ If the packaging appears damaged, please sign for it as such with our courier. ★ Products must be returned in their original packaging, unused, unwashed, and with tags intact. ★ In exceptional circumstances, we may charge a restocking fee. ★ You are responsible for insuring your returned item for its full value. ★ If the return is our fault, we will cover the cost of return shipping. ★ Refunds will only be issued to the original payment method used for the order.
