Free Express Shipping: At Simply Hammocks, we offer free express shipping on all orders within the USA. There are no minimum spending requirements, so whether you order a large hammock or a small fixing, the shipping is free. All orders are sent on our express service as standard.

Can you schedule a specific delivery time?
Is someone required to be present during delivery? No, if there's no one available during delivery, the courier will leave a note indicating that they attempted delivery so you can arrange for a new delivery date. Unfortunately, we can't schedule a specific delivery time, but most orders will be shipped promptly if placed before 12 noon. You can also leave a note on your door for the courier to leave the package in a safe location, but this is done at your own risk.
Do you offer international shipping?
To get a shipping quote for a location outside of the USA, please send us an email with the full shipping address and items to be purchased.
Damages and Accepting Delivery Customers should check items for damage before accepting and signing for the delivery.
If any damage is suspected, customers should indicate it when the delivery is signed for. Customers who have received damaged items should notify us within 48 hours of receiving the goods and provide photographs as evidence.
