"The GOOD NEWS is we're still dispatching orders and our couriers are collecting each day with 97% of our orders arriving the next day. We have seen a huge increase in demand for our hammocks, as more people are spending time at home and in their gardens. We really appreciate your patience and continued support and we are glad our products are spreading some happiness around the world" Team Simply.

Our warehouse is still open and dispatching orders each day. Our couriers are collecting as normal and in some areas maintaining a quick delivery service, but please be aware that delivery times may vary due to the global disruption of the Coronavirus (COVID-19) and the sheer volume of orders we are receiving.
Accessing stock this year has been extremely challenging, with many of our suppliers and factories in Europe working on reduced capacity. Any items out of stock will not have a feature for customers to leave their email address and as soon as stock comes back in we will notify you first. We are getting daily deliveries so any items out of stock should come back in stock soon. If you want more detailed information give our team a call on 01748 471 299.
We will continue to operate Simply Hammocks at our usual Mon-Fri 9:00 to 17:00 hours or until we are told otherwise by the Government. We have put in place measures to enable remote working, so we can continue to take orders and help customers, regardless of the circumstances.
We have put in place vigorous cleaning procedures to ensure that all orders leaving Simply Hammocks are clean and we are reassured by the expert's suggestion that the virus cannot survive the post system. However, we recommend wiping down your box before handling, as an extra safety measure, once it is delivered.
Our mindset during Covid-19
To all our amazing customers facing these challenging and uncertain circumstances. Our normal way of life has been put on hold, but we here at Simply Hammocks are trying to maintain a ‘business as usual’ philosophy. These testing times present us all with an opportunity to improve what we do, after all, it is not the strongest of the species that survive, but those most adaptable to change.
You might not think of a hammock as a necessity, however, it could well be a lifesaver in other ways, as we face the possibility of increased mental health issues. Hammocks are a great little hideaway in your garden, a place to de-stress and a welcome addition if you are facing home isolation.
We wish you and your family the best throughout this situation and will leave you with words from Winston Churchill…Keep Buggering On. Stay safe.
